With Greasemonkey Firefox Add-ons, we can display or install JavaScript in a web page, or to be exact, Greasemonkey Add-ons is used to install JavaScript available at http://userscripts.org.
Usercripts.org is a site providing hundred of JavaScript created by programmers. Now with Greasemonkey Add-ons, we can install the JavaScripts. One of the examples is we can add the emoticon to be placed in the post editor of blogger like in the post of Install Emoticons To Post Editor.
For more details, I would like to give you a tutorial about how to install and use the Greasemonkey Add-ons.
Please follow the steps that I have done:
Click Tools at bar menu of Firefox; choose Add-ons, on the page appeared, type Greasemonkey on the search field. When you find it, click the button Add to Firefox or for faster, you can click here, when the dialog box appears, click the button Install thus the installation process of Greasemonkey Add-ons is running. Restart your Firefox when finished.

Now we are going to use the Greasemonkey Add-ons by installing one of the scripts at usercripts.org. I take a script sample of Remove All Facebook Ads created by Tidalwav. To install the script Remove All Facebook Ads, please follow the URL here. Click the button Install to place the script in your computer
if the dialog box appears as follows
Click the button Install. This installation process can be seen at status bar of firefox beside the icon Greasemonkey Add-ons. To see the result of the installation you can login to your Facebook account, and see under profile, whether there is still Facebook ad or not?. If there is not Facebook ad anymore, it means the installation of Remove All Facebook Ads is well done.
Installing the script of Remove All Facebook Ads is only an example and for your knowledge because removing The Facebook ads breaks the terms and conditions and will result in account suspension.
To remove the script of Remove All Facebook Ads again, you can remove it at Greasemonkey Add-ons. You should enter the Firefox Add-ons then find Greasemonkey. When you find it, click the button Options, then you will see the dialog box Manage user script, choose the words Remove All Facebook Ads, then click the button Uninstall and then click the button Close. Now the Facebook ads will appear again like before.
